We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Estimator to join a people focused and award-winning business. Expertise in the industrial and commercial sectors delivering projects nationwide up to £20 million. This is an exciting opportunity working with a talented team in a rapidly growing business.
The role
As an Estimator you will work closely with the Directors and Project Teams leading the pricing of tenders and collaborate with preparing the Contractors Proposals.
Using your effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
With a keen eye for detail, sound cost and construction knowledge, you will be providing competitive tenders to our clients with exciting value engineered solutions.
Desirable Experience
Proficiency in construction cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information.
Proficiency in construction cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
